What is a Fate figure?

It is a small toy often made of PVC or resin allowing big anime fans to easily dive into the universe of the anime from the land of the rising sun and admire their favorite characters in great detail. Anime figures are not reserved to a particular category of people or age. They are collected for various reasons. For high-level collectors, the figures serve as inspiration to create a new story. Others buy them in large quantities to display in a window or in their original boxes as decorative gems. Older people are also concerned with collecting anime figures. For them, the accumulation of these small characters in statuette is a way to cultivate the memory.

History of Fate anime:

The Fate series is a TYPE-MOON media collective that follows various events called Holy Grail Wars that involve Masters, usually accomplished mages, summoning Servants, heroic spirits and fighting until the last remaining pair can claim the so-called Holy Grail . It began with the WP visual novel, Fate/stay night, and has since gathered a number of prequels, sequels, spin-offs and adaptations bearing the same name "Fate".

Set in the same universe as the previous versions of TYPE-MOON, it is one of the best known and most popular visual novels. It has been ported to several platforms and its three narrative paths - Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel - have been the subject of numerous adaptations in the form of anime, animated films and anime series. Although the original work has never been officially translated into English, many unofficial patches have been produced by fans and its adaptations have gathered a large audience outside of Japan.

Fate/stay night spawned a number of other works in the Fate series, beginning with its sequel Fate/hollow ataraxia , and introduced fan-favorite characters used in later works, even if they do not take place in the same continuity as stay night .
