This collection is aimed at fans of anime figures, collectors and all enthusiasts of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super who want to bring the legendary warrior into their own world.

The Story of Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball is a Japanese anime created by Akira Toriyama. The story mainly follows Son Goku and his adventures across Earth and different worlds. At the beginning of the series, Goku is a young boy with extraordinary strength who sets out to find the mysterious Dragon Balls.

Throughout his journey, Goku meets Bulma, Krillin, Yamcha, Master Roshi, Piccolo and many other characters. He learns martial arts, takes part in various tournaments and faces increasingly powerful enemies.

The story subsequently expands considerably with the discovery of Goku's Saiyan origins. This development gives rise to Dragon Ball Z, followed by Dragon Ball Super, in which the heroes gradually discover new worlds, new techniques and new opponents.

Broly's Origins

Broly has a distinctive story within the Dragon Ball universe. In the original Dragon Ball Z films, he is portrayed as a Saiyan whose power level is extraordinary from a very young age.

His story is closely linked to his birth and his relationship with Goku and Vegeta. Broly develops power that quickly surpasses that of many other warriors, gradually becoming a major threat.

In the more recent version presented in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, his story is reimagined and integrated more directly into the continuity of Dragon Ball Super. This new version provides a closer look at his childhood, his father Paragus and the circumstances that led to his exile.

Broly and His Father Paragus

Paragus plays an important role in Broly's story. After the destruction of Planet Vegeta, he seeks to survive with his son and harbours deep resentment towards King Vegeta.

Broly's journey is therefore shaped by his isolation and the decisions made by his father. His childhood on Planet Vampa also contributes to the development of his physical abilities and fighting potential.

A Broly figure can therefore represent much more than a powerful warrior. It also recalls the distinctive story of a character whose past has a profound influence on the events in which he takes part.

Broly in Dragon Ball Z

Broly first appears in the film Dragon Ball Z: Broly, The Legendary Super Saiyan. This appearance leaves a lasting impression on fans thanks to the character's extraordinary power and his opposition to Goku and his companions.

In this version of the story, Broly possesses tremendous power and undergoes a particularly impressive transformation. His appearance becomes more imposing when he unleashes his potential and assumes his Legendary Super Saiyan form.

The battles against Goku, Vegeta and the other warriors showcase various techniques and transformations. This version of the character has also inspired numerous merchandise items, including Dragon Ball Z figures.

Broly in Dragon Ball Super

The character returns in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, a film that presents a new version of his story. This interpretation explores his childhood, family relationships and the events that led to his arrival on Earth in greater detail.

The film also introduces a new relationship between Broly and the other Saiyans. Goku and Vegeta must face an opponent whose power increases rapidly throughout the battle.

This version of Broly is particularly popular with collectors. Dragon Ball Super figures depicting the character allow fans to rediscover his modern appearance and his various transformations throughout the film.

Broly Against Goku and Vegeta

The confrontation between Broly, Goku and Vegeta is at the heart of Dragon Ball Super: Broly. The two Saiyans must gradually increase their power levels to stand against their opponent.

The battle showcases various transformations of Goku and Vegeta before the appearance of Gogeta. This succession of forms and techniques offers plenty of possibilities for collectors who want to recreate the film's most memorable moments.

A Broly figure can therefore be paired with a Goku, Vegeta or Gogeta figure to represent this particularly spectacular confrontation.

Broly's Different Forms

One of the character's main features is his ability to transform. Broly has several appearances corresponding to different levels of power. These changes are particularly noticeable in the character designs used for Dragon Ball figures.

Super Saiyan Broly

The Super Saiyan transformation significantly changes Broly's appearance. His hair turns golden, and his aura grows more intense. This form represents an important stage in his development as a warrior.

A Super Saiyan Broly figure can perfectly complement a collection dedicated to the different Saiyan transformations. It can be displayed alongside Super Saiyan Goku, Super Saiyan Vegeta or other characters.

Legendary Super Saiyan Broly

Broly's most iconic form is undoubtedly the Legendary Super Saiyan. This transformation is characterised by a spectacular increase in power and a particularly imposing appearance.

In the various depictions of the character, this form is often associated with more developed muscles, an impressive aura and a commanding visual presence. A Legendary Super Saiyan figure can therefore easily become the centrepiece of a Dragon Ball collection.

Broly in Dragon Ball Super

The version of Broly presented in Dragon Ball Super also has several stages of transformation. The character begins with an appearance relatively similar to that of a typical Saiyan before gradually unleashing much greater power.

His development throughout the film reveals different versions of the character and explains the variety of Broly figures available to collectors.
