The store is run by Urahara himself, along with his employees Tessai Tsukabishi, Jinta Hanakari and Ururu Tsumugiya.

    Urahara characterizes himself as a very mysterious person, about whom little is known at first. Despite the danger facing Ichigo and his friends, he manages to remain calm in all circumstances, even when the situation becomes critical. He has a peculiar sense of humor...
