⛩ Shinobu Kocho is a major supporting character from Demon Slayer, Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is a demon slayer from the Demon Slayer Corps and the current Insect Pillar.

Shinobu Kocho is also the younger sister of Kanae Kocho and her adopted younger sister Kanao Tsuyuri. After a demon killed her parents, Shinobu joined the Demon Slayer Corps with her sister to protect others from the same fate as hers.

Giyu is the first demon slayer that Tanjiro encounters. He initially tries to kill Nezuko, but he changes his mind after seeing her protect an unconscious Tanjiro. He takes them both to Urokodaki in the hope that Tanjiro masters Water Breathing and follows in his footsteps as a Pillar while achieving his goal of healing Nezuko.

As a Pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps, Giyu is a very powerful swordsman. He was able to easily defeat the transformed Father Spider Demon and Rui, the Fifth Lower Moon.
