⛩ Nekomamushi , is one of the two kings of the Duchy of Mokomo on Zo . He is a Mink cat and is nicknamed the " Twilight King ", because he rules the island from six in the evening to six in the morning. He is a servant of the Kozuki Family of Wano Country.

With Inuarashi , they were, according to him, "sort of" members of the Whitebeard Pirates and then of the Roger Pirates as servants of Kozuki Oden.

Within Wano Country, he is also known as one of the Nine Red Scabbards .

After the raid on Onigashima, he and Inuarashi abandoned their positions as Kings of Zo and named Carrot as their future ruler.
