⛩ Borsalino, better known as Kizaru "The Yellow Monkey", is one of the Navy's three Admirals. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the initial meeting with Aokiji. He was the only Admiral to retain his position after the ellipse, Akainu being promoted to Chief Admiral after winning his battle with Aokiji.

Kizaru ate the Pika Pika no Mi (Luminescent Fruit), a Logia-type Demon Fruit, so his body is made up of pure light. Kizaru uses light's main characteristic: its speed. This means he can teleport ultra-fast from one place to another and strike at the speed of light.

As an Admiral, Kizaru possesses extraordinary power. He is considered one of the Navy's most valuable assets, dubbed "the Ace of Aces" by his peers.
