He is one of the Eleven Supernovae on the Sabaody Archipelago whose bounty exceeds 100,000,000 Berrys, and is also a member of the Worst Generation. After the ellipse, his bounty rose from 162,000,000 Berrys to 200,000,000 Berrys.

He was part of an alliance between Scratchmen Apoo, Basil Hawkins and Eustass Kid to take on Shanks. After meeting Kaido instead, Killer had to eat a SMILE and served as an assassin for Kurozumi Orochi under the name "Kamazo the Assassin".

Killer is a formidable pirate and fighter. His skills have earned him a bounty of over 100,000,000 Berrys, which is considered very impressive for a rookie who isn't even a captain.

Like his captain, he was able to withstand Silvers Rayleigh's Haki of Kings burst.

Killer's fighting style seems to rely mainly on the agility and speed he uses to overpower his opponent before he can strike. He was able to fight head-on with his Supernovae counterpart Urouge before the latter increased his muscle mass.

In addition to his speed and agility, he has remarkable stamina, having withstood Kaido and Big Mom's alliance on the roof of Onigashima.
