⛩ Kalifa made her first appearance at Water Seven as Iceberg's secretary. In fact, she was playing a double game and was a member of CP9, whose aim was to recover Pluto's plans. She is Laskey's daughter and one of the antagonists of the Enies Lobby and Water Seven arc.

After being expelled from CP9, she and the other members fled Enies Lobby and its Buster Call, and she eventually became a member of CP-"AIGIS" 0 alongside Rob Lucci and Spandam.

Like the other members of CP9 (except Spandam), she has mastered Rokushiki techniques, making her a formidable opponent. She is particularly proficient with the Index Gun, and has even created a derivative: the Index Gun Whip. Kalifa also possesses the powers of the fruit of soap, giving her powers that are as formidable as they are zany.
