⛩ Kozuki Hiyori is the daughter of Kozuki Oden and Kozuki Toki and the younger sister of Kozuki Momonosuke.
Hiyori had a second identity as an oiran under the name Komurasaki. Thus, her behavior under this real identity is not identical to that she shows under her false identity.
As Komurasaki, she appears to be a greedy and materialistic woman, as well as skilled at manipulating others to her own ends. Thus, after successfully swindling her victims, she would treat them very coldly, without any compassion or remorse, saying that she despised the poor.
In reality, this had a very specific purpose: the men she swindled were guilty of highly immoral acts, and the money collected was distributed to the country's poor through Denjiro, known as Ushimitsu Kozō.
She was the one who delivered the cursed Enma blade to Zoro, his protector for much of the Wano arc.
