⛩ Charlotte Cracker, nicknamed "Cracker with a Thousand Arms" is Minister Biscuit governing Biscuit Island on Totto Land as well as one of the Sweet Commanders of Big Mom's Crew. He is the 10th son and 15th child of the Charlotte Family, as well as the triplet brother of Custard and Angel, and is the oldest of the three.
