If Neji the genius laughed at this silly dream it was not the case of Gai. Indeed, the master recognized himself perfectly in this child, having also suffered in his childhood the same shortcomings in front of the genius Kakashi Hatake. From then on the master and the student will be very linked, Lee even going so far as to adopt the style of dress and haircut of his elder.
