⛩ Renji Abarai is the lieutenant of Captain Byakuya Kuchiki's 6th Division of Gotei 13. He was previously the 6th seat of the 11th Division under Kenpachi Zaraki. After all the events of the series he refused to become a captain in order to stay under Kuchiki Byakuya whom he admires and wants to surpass.

Renji has undergone a huge evolution over the course of the series from a lieutenant not mastering Bankai to one of the most powerful warriors in the soul society after training with Division 0.

His 1st Bankai takes the form of a giant snake skeleton studded with giant blades however after training with division 0 his Bankai will take on another form.
