⛩ Shôyô Hinata is the main character in the Haikyū series, written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. Currently a freshman at Karasuno High School, he has joined the volleyball team as a center. Before entering Karasuno High School, he attended Yukigaoka Middle School.

Hinata's dream is to become strong enough to attack with any pass like the "Little Giant". That's why he specializes in jumping to make up for his lack of height. He's also Natsu Hinata's older brother.
