⛩ Ken Kaneki is the protagonist of the animes Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:re.

Once a mere human, he was studying Japanese Literature in the 1st year at Kamii University, living a relatively normal life.

However, things change quickly after Dr. Akihiro Kano transplants the RC Cells of Lize Kamishiro into him, turning him into an Artificial Ghoul.

He later joined the Antique, a cafe known to the Ghouls as a meeting place, as a part-time waiter. Thanks to the members of the Antique, Ken tries to learn how to live like the Ghouls do and eventually adopts the nickname Eye Patch.
