The Fate Story: The Fate Series is a collective media from the TYPE-MOON studio that follows events named Holy Grail War. In these events, the 7 participating mages are called Masters and must summon Servants to fight in a survival game in order to obtain the Holy Grail. This war is supervised by the Church, which sends an observer to witness it. These series first started with the visual novel Fate/stay night which focuses on the 5th Holy Grail War. Now several prequels, sequels, spin-offs and adaptations bear the word "Fate/" at the very beginning, followed by a changing name depending on the series, have emerged. ⛩
