⛩ Monkey D. Luffy, also known as "Mugiwara" , is the main protagonist of the anime and anime One Piece .

He is the founder and captain of the Pirates of the Straw Hat, now considered the crew of the 5th Yonko. Luffy rival even in terms of power with the other Yonko considered to be the most powerful pirates in the One Piece world.

The Gear 5th, the last transformation of Luffy, reveals the awakening of his demon fruit, which ultimately turns out to be one of the only known Mythical Zoan in the world: the Hito Hito no Mi version of the Sun God Nika. In order to achieve this awakening Luffy died and then came back to life as Joy Boy.
