⛩ Kuzan, better known as Aokiji, was one of the Navy's Three Admirals. He was previously a Vice-Admiral who took part in the Ohara Buster Call during which he saved Nico Robin. He was also a candidate for the position of Chief Admiral, but following his defeat by Admiral Akainu at Punk Hazard, who also coveted the post, he left the Navy. After the ellipsis, he made a comeback at the end of the Punk Hazard arc by preventing Doflamingo from killing Smoker. Later, we finally learn that he decided to join Blackbeard's The Crew on his own, accepting the position of commander of the crew's 10th ship. He was able to fight his colleague Sakazuki on equal status, and they inflicted serious injuries on each other. During this 10-day duel, Aokiji was finally defeated, but showed exceptional stamina.
