⛩ This is Itachi Uchiha’s crow, in which he implanted the left eye of his best friend, Shisui Uchiha.

Shisui intended to use the Kotoamatsukami granted by his Mangekyō Sharingan to prevent the Uchiha clan from carrying out a coup they planned against Konoha. Unfortunately, Danzo Shimura stole his right eye before he could implement his plan. Fearing Danzo might also take his other eye for his own purposes, Shisui entrusted his left eye to his best friend, Itachi Uchiha, asking him to use it to protect Konoha. The eye was implanted into a crow to ensure its safety.

In the novel Itachi Shinden – Book of Dark Night, Shisui summoned a crow right after removing his remaining eye, merging it with the bird's. Once transferred, the crow bowed its head and soared into the sky, following Itachi from then on, watching from above, like when Itachi left Konoha after the Uchiha clan massacre.
