⛩ Igris is one of Sung Jin-Woo’s very first summoned servants and once served the former Shadow Monarch himself.

Centuries ago, Igris fought for the Shadow Monarch Ashborn in the war against the Rulers. When Ashborn decided to retire and seek a human successor, he tasked Igris with testing that successor in battle when the time came.

After unlocking the Shadow Extraction skill, Jin-Woo successfully summoned Igris thanks to his loyal personality. Since he found the knight’s original name too long, Jin-Woo decided to name the shadow simply "Igris."

Though he was Jin-Woo’s first major shadow summon, Igris initially played a minor role in the story, and his spot as strongest shadow was later taken by Tusk, and then Beru. However, after Jin-Woo’s rebirth as the new Shadow Monarch, Igris awakened his true powers and was promoted two ranks — from Elite Knight to Marshal.
