⛩ Touka Kirishima, is a Ghoul and a former waitress at the Antique, as well as the wife of Ken Kaneki.

In battle, she wears a mask that resembles the head of a white bunny with pink hair, hence her nickname Rabbit. At the beginning of the series, she is a 3rd year student at Kiyomi High School.

Sometime after Operation "Scarlet-Eyed Owl", she becomes the Patroness of the café. Following its destruction, she joins the Black Goats, an organization newly formed by the King with the Scarlet Eye (Ken Kaneki), moving to the 24th Ward with its other members.
