⛩ The Dr. Gero aka No. 20 is one of the greatest scientists on Earth. He is the one who created all the artificial humans in the Red Ribon Army (except for No. 8, which he co-created with Dr. Frappé). He is the father of Gebo.

Although he does not appear when Son Gokû faces the Red Ribon Army , Dr. Gero's role was not known, and for this reason Dr. Flappe was created in the anime to make up for the foggy origins of No. 8.
