⛩ C-17, born Lapis is the 17th artificial human created by Doctor Gero to take revenge on Son Gokû.

Twin brother to C-18, he is one of the major antagonists of the Artificial Human Saga before being absorbed by Cell. Upon the latter's death, C-17 is resurrected thanks to the Dragon Balls and becomes an animal protector.

Recruited years later by Son Gokû in order to participate in the Tournament of Power, he was the winner of the Super Dragon Balls and restored the 7 universes destroyed by Zen'Ô.
