⛩ Marco was the commanderof the First Division of the Crew of Whitebeard. He is also known as "Marco the Phoenix" and owes his nickname to the power of the Mythical Zoan Demon Fruit that allows him to transform into a phoenix and regenerate at will. Marco was the right-hand man of Yonko Whitebeard as well as his closest confidant. Following the Retaliation War, Marco returned to Sphinx, the island of his late captain's birth, where he acts as a doctor and protector of the island's inhabitants as well as for Whitebeard's crew members.
