⛩ Borsalino, better known as Kizaru, is one of the Navy's three Admirals. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the initial meeting with Aokiji. He is the only Admiral to retain his position after the ellipse, Akainu being promoted to Chief Admiral after winning his battle with Aokiji, who has left the ranks of the Navy. His epithet means "Yellow Monkey".

He is the main antagonist of the Sabaody Arc. He is one of the main antagonists of the Marine Ford Arc, along with his fellow admirals. He is also an antagonist of Film Z.

Kizaru has eaten the Pika Pika no Mi (Luminescent Fruit), a Logia-type Demon Fruit; Kizaru's body is then made up of pure light: he is therefore a Logia. Kizaru uses light's main characteristic: its speed. He can teleport quickly from one place to another, easily catching up with fugitives.
