⛩ Feitan is the number 2 member of the infamous Phantom Troupe and has temporarily led the group in the absence of their leader. His physical strength ranks fifth in arm wrestling within the group.

Feitan is the interrogator of the Phantom Troupe, highly skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold but also shown to be very loyal to Kuroro and the Phantom Troupe as a whole. He appears to show a passion for theft and strongly insists that he is a thief, "We are thieves, so we steal, it is in our nature".

Although not the most friendly, he seems to get along reasonably well with the other members of the troupe and interacts with them normally, except during a few tense situations when he clashes with some of them.
