Genshin Impact summary:

In a fantasy world called Teyvat, a sister and brother find themselves separated by an unknown goddess. The player begins their adventure as a Traveler or Traveler whose origin is unknown, searching for the other. Over the course of the adventure, the player has the ability to control multiple characters, each with a unique personality and different elemental abilities depending on the character.

The game provides an open world map with various terrains, which the player can explore by walking, climbing, swimming, and gliding. Many important objects and locations are spread throughout the map. The player can control up to four of their characters at a time. By completing quests to progress through the story, the player has the ability to unlock up to 43 playable characters.

Each character has two unique combat skills: a normal skill and a special skill. The normal skill can be used at any time, but is subject to a recovery time after use, while the special skill has an energy cost, requiring the player to first accumulate enough elemental energy.

Cooking is another important aspect of thegame system of Genshin Impact. The player can collect various and sundry resources throughout their adventure, some of which can be used to prepare dishes. Some dishes restore characters' health or resurrect them, while others increase offensive or defensive abilities
