Towa Amane (天音 永遠), also known as Arthur Pencilgon (アーサー・ペンシルゴン, Āsā Penshirugon), is the number 2 of Ashura-kai, a fanatical PK (Player Kill) guild that hunts other players. Arthur specializes in strategy and information warfare, earning the nickname "No-Life Killer" because she primarily fights opponents much stronger than herself. Arthur has faced Sunraku and Oikatzo in other games and has been a rival and gaming comrade ever since.

Personality
Towa is a complex character with a personality that varies greatly between her real life and her in-game personas.
In games, Towa is extremely competitive, highly confident, direct, aggressive, narcissistic, manipulative, and even unfiltered, with a clear sadistic and ruthless streak, caring little for her surroundings. While playing United Rounds, she radically changed the course of the game by becoming a tyrant, inciting people to fight her. Notably, she dragged an NPC king in a cart and hung a princess from the ceiling to lure players and manipulate them for her own amusement.
Throughout the events of United Rounds, she developed a friendly rivalry with Sunraku and Oikatzo, whom she respects as veteran players whose skills and personalities rival her own. They also share a love for "trash games," enjoying the simple pleasures of gaming.
In SLF, she is just as brutal and has earned an infamous reputation as a PK. When she learned Sunraku was playing (and had become a sensation after screenshots with Emul were published), she immediately launched a manhunt, mobilizing most of Ashura-Kai as reinforcements. She is also a meticulous planner, preparing protections against status ailments, for example.
Despite her in-game cruelty, Towa also has a softer side, such as when she was moved by the story of Setsuna, an NPC, which surprised Sunraku and Oikatzo. They mocked her and her ruthless reputation, to which she responded with a comedic reaction. She also helped Sunraku and Oikatzo level up quickly by revealing a secret "grinding" spot.
However, she quickly grows bored of things that don't interest her or people without ambition. She became disillusioned with Ashura-Kai when they deliberately avoided defeating Wethermon to use him as a "leveling" tool and eventually left them.
In real life, Towa is much less flamboyant and pretends to be sociable and charismatic. She is very aware of her public image as a famous model and skillfully deceives her fans.
Plot
Towa is a famous model who has become an idol for many teenage girls, including Rumi Hizutome. Behind her carefully constructed public image lies a hardcore gamer and infamous PK.
She first made a name for herself in the MMO United Rounds under the pseudonym "Pencil Knight." Due to the game's realism, players turned to massive theft to compensate for low drop rates. Pencil Knight was the most infamous PK, taking control of the game and setting up scenarios to prevent players from leaving. She became known as the "Communist Demon Lord." However, one day, Sunraku and Katzo Tataki invaded her castle and decimated her guild. Although Pencil Knight was no match for them, she set bombs that destroyed her castle, herself, and her opponents. Subsequently, she developed an ambiguous friendship with them, even revealing their public identities.
At some point, Towa migrated to Shangri-La Frontier under the name Arthur Pencilgon. She founded the PK guild Ashura-Kai with her younger brother Orcelot and became famous for defeating higher-level players, earning the nickname "Giant Slayer." However, the guild drew the attention of developers, who introduced a bounty system to make PK'ing riskier, making their methods obsolete. Arthur discovered a hidden area where she met Setsuna, an NPC with a quest to kill Wethermon, but her guild simply wanted to exploit the quest for EXP. Disgusted, Arthur planned to betray her guild and kill Wethermon.
After the defeat of the Unique Monster, Arthur Pencilgon fought Psyger-0 and was killed by the Attack Master, resulting in the deletion of her character account. She must now restart SLF from the beginning as a penalty for being a PK player with a high red marker.

Her skills as a spear-wielder are superior to most players, enough to challenge high-level players and some clan members. With her speed and mastery of the spear, Arthur Pencilgon is a formidable force. But her true talent lies in her playstyle, using unprecedented tactics and strategies to gain the upper hand.

- All or Nothing: Throws a spear with full force to impale a large target with heavy damage.
- Massacre Bite: Forms a black and light beige ivy branch around the weapon and hand, creating a Konda sword. With enough buffs, it can become a lethal weapon against high-level players. Can be summoned with a special chant.

- Giant Skewer Spear: A large spear with a gold and purple pattern.
- Karmic Straw Doll: Absorbs curses and reflects them back to their source when crushed.
