Some anime characters, like Zunesha from One Piece and Super Shenron from Dragon Ball Super, are incredibly large.
The anime medium is no stranger to larger-than-life personalities; however, sometimes these personalities are housed in even larger bodies. Gigantic characters are no strangers to the medium, and given anime's emphasis on scaling power and consistent use of fantastical tropes, their size usually fills a major need in their narratives.
Whether they're the main character in their respective series or a minor obstacle for the protagonist to overcome, the stature of anime behemoths is incredibly large. At the extreme, some characters can even reach the size of entire galaxies, defying the limits of their universes.

6/ Ten-Tails (Naruto: Shippuden)
In the first episode of Naruto , the series introduces the Nine-Tailed Fox. As the series continues, more of these tailed beasts are introduced, culminating in the revelation that these powerful beings previously existed as a single entity - the Ten-Tails. The Ten-Tails were originally formed when Kaguya Otsutsuki merged with the Divine Tree, and it took the combined forces of the Sage of the Six Paths and his brother to stop the creature.
Like other tailed beasts, Ten-Tails are massive, towering over massive creations like the Susanoos of the Uchiha clan . Without the combined efforts of Naruto, Sasuke and several Kage, the reincarnated beast would probably have destroyed the entire world. Fortunately, they finally managed to re-seal the Ten-Tails, hopefully ending his reign of terror for good.
5/ Eren Jaeger (Attack on Titan)

Attack on Titan begins with Eren Jaeger and his friends living peacefully within the walls of Paradis Island. However, as soon as the Colossal Titan bends over these walls, it becomes painfully obvious that the protagonists' lives are about to change forever. In an effort to fight back, Eren eventually gains the power of several Titans, taking on a new monstrous form in the process.
It's difficult to determine the exact size of Eren Jaeger's new Titan form, but at the very least, it's clear that he's bigger than the Colossal Titan. To even have a chance of stopping him, the rest of the world - including the other Titan owners - will have to unite.
4/ Elder Centipede (One-Punch Man)
Saitama comes up against a host of powerful beings during the events of One-Punch Man , some of whom are significantly larger than him or any of his allies. Among these villains, none is bigger than Elder Centipede, the dragon-level menace who appears in the second season of One-Punch Man .
Elder Centipede is incredibly long, covering hundreds of meters when fully extended. Despite his size, he's also incredibly fast, and without Saitama's help, the villain would probably have defeated Genos, Bang and Bomb - three S-Class level heroes.
3/ Zunesha (One Piece)

One Piece's main characters, the Straw Hat Pirates, encounter a plethora of islands and creatures on their journey, but none as gargantuan as Zunesha. The creature is descended from a race of long-legged elephants and, thanks to its enormous size, is able to wade across entire oceans.
Zunesha is at least 800 years old, having known the mysterious character known as Joy Boy nearly a millennium before the events of One Piece . Despite carrying the entire island of Zou on his back, Zunesha is more than capable of defending himself, as evidenced by the fact that he easily dispatched Jack of the Beast Pirates.
2/ Super Shenron (Dragon Ball Super)

Throughout the Dragon Ball franchise, Goku and his allies collect the titular Dragon Balls and use them to summon the all-powerful dragon known as Shenron. The mystical dragon can grant almost any wish, but there are a few exceptions. Shenron's power is finite and he cannot break the laws of the universe in which he resides. That said, there is an even greater draconic entity that is not bound by these laws - Super Shenron.
Super Shenron is summoned using the Super Dragon Balls, and when he appears, his body dwarfs the galaxies around him. Without doubt, he's the greatest character in the entire Dragon Ball franchise, and given that his wishes apparently have no restrictions, it's safe to say that his power is just as impressive.
1/ Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (Gurren Lagann the movie: The lights in the sky are stars)
In an effort to combat the imminent threat of the Anti-Spiral, the protagonists of Gurren Lagann must find a way to fight the omnipotent villain. Combining the energies of the Tengen Toppa Gunmen, they create Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, a colossal mecha-like collection of energy that eclipses neighboring galaxies.
The Anti-Spiral pushes Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann to its limits, but by the end of Gurren Lagann The Movie: The Lights in the Sky Are Stars , the heroes emerge victorious. Gurren Lagann author Kazuki Nakashima has stated that Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is larger than the observable universe, so it's unlikely that any anime character will surpass its size anytime soon.
