Appearance
Rockstar is a fairly tall and sturdy man with dark skin and spiky red hair. He is dressed in a long, dark purple jacket fastened by two rows of buttons starting from the waist. The top of the jacket is left open to reveal an orange shirt with a wide collar, and a red scarf is tied around his neck. He wears a yellow sash around his waist that hangs down on both sides. His attire is completed by blue pants and brown boots. A saber with a green hilt hangs from his left hip, attached to a shoulder strap over his right shoulder.

Rockstar has a strong sense of honor; he cannot stand being insulted and is ready to fight at any moment if provoked. This was evident when Edward Newgate tore up the message sent by Shanks. Upon seeing this, Rockstar was prepared to challenge Whitebeard to save his pride. He tends to let his emotions override his reason. He is also very proud of his past as a pirate and his bounty. His courage is undeniable, as he had the nerve to step alone onto Whitebeard's ship to deliver the letter personally.
Rockstar also possesses a sharp sense of justice and a strong belief in rules and hierarchy within the pirate world.
Aptitudes and Skills
Given his 94,000,000 bounty and his membership in the Red-Haired Pirates, he is undoubtedly a powerful individual. His willingness to confront Whitebeard over a matter of honor speaks volumes about his resolve.
Rockstar fights using a unique "Smashing Sword Style." He has been shown to use his sword like a drill to penetrate defenses.

Past
He was a Rookie before joining the Red-Haired Pirates as a Messenger. Like many members of Shanks' crew, little is known about his origins. However, he claimed to have been a famous and high-profile pirate in his own right before joining.
Jaya Arc
Rockstar was sent by his captain to deliver a message to Whitebeard. When the Yonko tore the letter, Rockstar immediately contacted Shanks via Den Den Mushi. While Rockstar wanted to fight to redeem his honor, Shanks told him it was no big deal and ordered him to stand down. Rockstar was later seen with the crew when Shanks met Whitebeard personally, appearing in the background alongside Lucky Roux, Ben Beckman, and Yasopp.
He is sometimes jokingly called "Chibi" by Ben Beckman and has been seen performing chores like sweeping snow on the ship, despite his pride as a former captain.
Whole Cake Island Arc
He reappears during the events of the Whole Cake Island Arc, shown on a ruined island in the New World attending a wedding alongside the rest of the crew.
One Piece Film: Red
Rockstar was present during Uta's concert on Elegia, attending the performance that was broadcast to the entire world.
Egghead Arc
While the crew is eating at a café on the coast of Elbaf, Rockstar informs Shanks that Kid is attacking. Shanks orders Rockstar to deliver a final message to the enemy: either hand over the Road Poneglyph transcriptions and leave, or fight for their lives. Rockstar fulfills his role as messenger once again as the crew prepares for battle.
