Bakugo could borrow One For All's powers from Deku, as in the movie Heroes Rising. This would be a great boon in the final battle with All For One.

The stage is set for the epic final battle of My Hero Academia. Since chapter 404, "We Love You, All Might", All For One, Tomura Shigaraki, Izuku "Deku" Midoriya and Katsuki "Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight" Bakugo have been on the same battlefield. This battle could turn into a duel between the two most dangerous villains of all time and the two most promising future heroes of their generation. However, Deku and Bakugo work with certain handicaps. The former has less than five minutes to complete the fight before he dies out. The latter is badly wounded and could be put out of action by a well-placed attack. Even All For One's rapidly aging body is not enough to compensate for this.

Some fans have suggested that Bakugo could level the playing field by borrowing One For All from Deku, as in the film. The increase in power, combined with his recently evolved explosion alter, should give him an advantage in keeping up with his high-level opponents. It will still be an uphill battle, and there's no guarantee that it will work as well as it did in the film. However, if it does, it should create an exhilarating and spectacular finale to the series.
Why would Bakugo use One For All?
Bakugo's potential to use One For All was explored in the second MHA film, Heroes Rising. Deku tried to transfer his alter to his friend in a desperate attempt to stop the Villain Nine. The transfer was achieved by the two fingers touching and exchanging blood. Thus, Bakugo powered by One For All and Deku, with the remaining embers of the alter, stopped the villain and passed out from exhaustion. It was a one-way exchange that would lose Deku One For All forever, but the alter came back to him. There are two theories about what happened. At first, it was thought that the transfer was incomplete because Bakugo had fainted (among other things). A more romanticized theory suggests that One For All voluntarily stayed with Deku because he considered him his rightful successor.
Usually, the film's continuity would be considered filler material. Whatever happened there wouldn't matter, since it's not canon in the anime. In this respect, seeing Bakugo temporarily brandishing One For All as he did in the film couldn't be applied to the anime as it's unclear whether it would work. However, the MHA films and their events are considered canonical (to some extent) among fans; this feeling has been further reinforced in recent chapters by the appearance of uniquely cinematic characters. With this in mind, Bakugo using One For All as he did in the film is a reasonable assumption. The only question is how Bakugo would use One For All again. Some fans believe that part of the alter should still be in Bakugo following its use in the film. If this is the case, all he would have to do is call on the power again. Others think Deku should make another partial transfer. Now that these two boys know that the transfer can be temporary, there's no need to worry about Deku losing his powers.

Has Bakugo shown signs of being able to use One For All?
There have been some recent misconceptions about Bakugo's potential to use One For All. Certain events in the anime have led fans to believe that Bakugo still has the alter inside him and only needs to want it badly enough to use it. However, this "evidence" needs to be examined more closely. That way, its meaning can be better understood. Some fans point to Bakugo's vision of All Might during his "death" in chapter 362, "Light Fades to Rain". He sees his idol in the same way that Deku sees him in the world of relics, which could mean that the two are linked. This could become an allusion to a sleeping One For All.
In the meantime, it should be seen as similar imagery invoked during Bakugo's near-death experience. Some fans are also wondering whether recent developments in Bakugo's powers could foreshadow One For All's awakening. Some of his aesthetics with his new active powers are strongly reminiscent of his appearance when using One For All at full power - irregularly shaped irises, miniature explosion sparks and so on. However, chapter 362 describes these developments as an extension of Bakugo's explosion alter. Not one for all. A dormant alter should not work.
The idea that Bakugo could have used One For All again at any time would have cheapened many of his recent fights by giving the impression that he should have won any of them effortlessly. It's more reasonable to believe that Bakugo can only use it when Deku lends it to him, and only then. On that note, Bakugo should be able to receive One For All again. All he has to do is find Deku and do what he did in the film. If they do, it should prove once and for all whether the earlier signs were genuine or incidental images.
How might Bakugo use the One For All look in the anime?
If Bakugo invokes One For All, whatever the circumstances, his time would be considerably limited. He may be back on his feet, but he should still be weak from all the damage he took from Shigaraki (crushed arm, blood loss, etc.), although the story will probably act as if being stitched up fixes most of that. There's also no guarantee that he's strong enough to handle One For All's raw power at full strength, and he's not used to using it at anything less than 100%. On top of all this, Deku only has a limited amount of time before Gearshift disables him; if this happens before Shigaraki or All For One fall, Bakugo will find himself in a severely unbalanced two-on-one fight.
That said, Bakugo using the alter in the anime might now be more exciting than it was in the movie. It would be slightly artificial, but he could use some of the quirks inherited from One For All in addition to his raw power. He might even be able to mix Explosion with these new alters to perform tricks that Deku could never have done. Of course, his lack of control over these alters could make him a wild card for at least one chapter.
