Morley is a giantess and commander of the Revolutionary Army, in charge of the Army West.

Appearance
Morley is a very hairy, portly giantess. She has a long moustache and a thick beard reaching from ear to ear. She wears very little clothing, wearing only a short plaid skirt, belts around her arms, a flower symbol on her left forearm, dark gloves and a dark bowler hat with frilly glasses.
Personality
She seems to behave like an Okama. As such, Morley speaks in a very polite and feminine manner. When she sees people paying attention to her, she constantly wonders if it's because they have a crush on her, not knowing why they would otherwise.
Unique laugh
Like most of the characters, she has a unique laugh: "Fuhahahaha".
Skills and competencies
As a leader, Morley occupies a powerful position in the Revolutionary Army, and as commander of the Army of the West, she has total control over the soldiers there. According to Don Quixote Doflamingo, she is one of the most important figures in the Revolutionary Army.
Physical abilities
As a giantess, Morley possesses enormous physical strength compared to humans. Because of her size, she is able to move very large sections of ground with the power of her demon fruit.

Demon Fruit
Morley has eaten Oshi Oshi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Demon Fruit that allows her to move and shape the ground she touches like clay. With this power, she can move underground while pushing clods of earth at people, seemingly with the original hardness and crushing people with her strength.
Weapons
Morley wields a large harpoon-trident hybrid. She uses it in conjunction with her Demon Fruit power to move the ground.
Haki
Morley has the ability to use both Weapon's Haki and Observation's Haki.
History
Past
Over 100 years ago, Morley was a wanted pirate who was imprisoned at Impel Down. She used her powers to create a set of tunnels which were later used to house Level 5.5 occupied by Emporio Ivankov and the Okamas in order to hide from Impel Down personnel. Morley escaped at some point without his disappearance being revealed, allowing Impel Down to be still considered inviolable until Shiki's escape 20 years before the current events. Morley joined the Revolutionary Army at some point.
Arc Zo
On Dragon's orders, Koala contacts all the revolutionary leaders, including Morley.
Arc Rêverie
Morley and the other commanders, Belo Betty, Lindbergh and Karasu, appear in the Kingdom of Lulusia to save it from looting by Pinkbeard's pirates. Morley emerges from the ground and confronts the pirates, pushing the ground back towards them and forcing them to return. With the help of the citizens, the pirates are easily defeated, and the executives then head to Momoiro Island to discuss the Revolutionaries' next declaration of war against the world's nobles.
As the Revolutionaries' plan of action is launched, Sabo infiltrates the Bondola where King Sterry is staying as King's Guard. Sterry panics at the sight of a swarm of crows that are probably due to Karasu, and tells King Ham Burger that he has spotted a giant with a Harpoon staring at him, in the wall that the Bondola runs alongside. Morley successfully infiltrated Mary Geoise with Sabo, Karasu and Lindbergh. Morley then installed them in an underground shelter with his power, while Sabo became indignant at Kuma's fate.
Wano Kuni bow
His silhouette is seen when Blackbeard explains that the Revolutionaries have stormed the Reverie in an attempt to rescue Kuma, and are facing Admirals Ryokugyu and Fujitora at Mary Geoise. The revolutionaries managed to escape with Kuma, but were separated from Sabo.
Egg Head Island Arc
Back on Momoiro Island, Lindbergh and the other revolutionaries were relieved to learn that Sabo was still alive, despite the newspaper report that he had murdered Nefertari Cobra. As Dragon went to interrogate Kuma, Sabo called the other revolutionaries and denied having killed Cobra. Sabo tried to report what he'd seen to Pangea Castle, but the world government cut off the signal and destroyed Lulusia's kingdom.
She is present when Sabo returns to Kedetrav. She greets him with tears.

- Morley's Japanese name can be read as "Mōrī" meaning "harpoon", in reference to his weapon.
- Morley's silhouette first appears in Doflamingo's speech.
- Morley is the only giant known to be affiliated with the Revolutionaries.
- Morley loves Bagna, but hates fish.
- Oda revealed in the SBS of Vol. 91 that her favorite pastimes were karaoke and underground walks.
- She is the first giant known to be an okama.
- Morley is also the smallest known giant, standing at 12m53, just 53cm taller than the minimum height for giants at 12m.
