Tetta Kisaki is the main antagonist of Tokyo Revengers. He is known for having climbed the ranks of the Toman at an insane speed and for having organized the murder of Hinata Tachibana on numerous occasions.

Apparence
Kisaki is a man of average height, he has blue eyes, blond hair and a tanned complexion. He also wears glasses and an earring on his left ear. In his first appearance, his hair is slightly short and shaved on the right side of his head. As a member of the Toman, his hair is cut in a brush and he wears the standard gang uniform.
As a child, Kisaki had longer black hair. In an alternative version, he has light brown hair parted on the side.
Personality
Kisaki is a ruthless, cunning and ambitious individual who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Although he looks frail, his power of domination through fear makes even those who are stronger than him obey him. As events unfold, all his actions are aimed at making him the most powerful and influential criminal in Tokyo.
Kisaki cares little about his subordinates and superiors, considering them as tools for his success. In fact, he views almost everyone as objects that he can manipulate. He is selfishly willing to incriminate others, even make them sacrifice their lives, in order to escape the law or to further his agenda. Despite this, he has a remarkable charisma, able to find many people willing to serve under him, although it is also because they fear him. He also gains the trust of some powerful and famous offenders, which in turn allows him to take control of their subordinates.
As a child, he was very shy and insecure. His isolation as a child is what gave birth to an inferiority complex and made him the ruthless individual that he is. Kisaki's main motivation in life is his obsessive love for Hinata, developed during his childhood. Seeing that Hinata was attracted to Takemichi, who wanted to become a delinquent, he researched and came to the conclusion that if he became the best delinquent in Japan, Hinata would come to love him.
Aware of his physical limitations compared to other fighters, he resorted to more subtle means to achieve his goal, controlling everything from behind the scenes, provoking conflict and sometimes murder, while using every possible chance to gain the trust of those he deemed necessary to fuel his plans, even going so far as to seek out the smallest detail and the greatest precision to implement his plans. Kisaki is a person with great patience and tolerance for frustration, he has not hesitated to wait several years for his plans to come to fruition and shows persistence in his plans when some of them fail.
Furthermore, his obsession with winning Hinata's favor is not governed by genuine love, but by possessive egotism, best demonstrated by his having her murdered after being rejected in every timeline in which he confessed his feelings to her, repulsed by the idea of her being with another man and driven mad by her rejection. He is also unable to understand why she doesn't realize all the effort he makes for her.

Kisaki has joined multiple gangs in order to further his plans, usually holding high positions, including:
- Captain of the third division of the Toman, having total control over the division and gaining the ability to communicate easily with the gang leaders.
- A position within Moebius, with which he used Osanai as he saw fit.
- Leader of Valhalla, which consists of former members of Moebius, led by Hanma Shuji, and the group of Kazutora Hanemiya, which gives him access to violent offenders.
- General officer of the Tenjiku army: Kisaki had a great influence on the leader of the gang as well as his confidence
Physical abilities
Far from being the strongest, Kisaki has above average fighting skills. He even managed to knock out Takemichi with a punch to the jaw.
Intelligence
What makes Kisaki an incredibly dangerous individual, if not the most dangerous, is not his fighting skills, but his intelligence. Indeed, throughout the story, Kisaki has demonstrated his intellectual skills, managing to foil Takemichi's plans on several occasions, despite the fact that Takemichi is capable of time travel. He was able to ingeniously manipulate countless powerful offenders to obey him and serve as a springboard. When he was still a student he repeatedly finished first in the national mock exam.
His intelligence is such a threat that even a person as authoritative as Osanai trembles with fear at the very thought of opposing Kisaki. He is able to deduce a person's weakness, or create one if necessary, and use it to his advantage. Without Takemichi's supernatural skills, Kisaki would have risen to the top of the Toman easily, which he did in the original timeline.
History
The name of Kisaki was mentioned for the first time at the beginning of the Manga, during a discussion between Takemichi and Naoto. The latter explains that Kisaki and Manjiro Sano absolutely must not meet in July 2005, because after that, the Toman of 2017 would become an extremely violent gang and Hinata's death would take place.
After a trip in the time, Takemichi "diverts" the attention of Ken Ryûgûji and Mikey, and they will not meet. But still, after the incident of the block party on August 3 and the reunification of Moebius and Tokyo Manjikai, Tetta Kisaki becomes the captain of the third division, replacing Pachin then placed in the detention house after the accident with the leader of Moebius, Osanai.
In 2017, events are a bit hazy. We learn from Naoto that Kisaki has become the acting leader of the Toman, in place of Mikey. Before that, he had taken the place of Ken, sentenced to death for a crime he committed.
Atsushi, Takemichi's childhood friend, is terrorized by Kisaki. That's why he will commit suicide twice in 2017, too exhausted from the stress and fear of the temporary leader of the gang. So we understand that as a leader, Kisaki is frighteningly intimidating. His way of doing and acting is so frightening that he unconsciously drives his lieutenants to suicide.
Kisaki is also a cold-blooded killer. Whether it is with his own hands or through Kazutora or Draken, Kisaki has shown that he can act as an outstanding assassin.
