Kei Uomi (魚臣 慧, Uomi Kei), also known by his username Oicazzo/Oikatzo (オイカッツォ, Oikattso), is another player Sunraku met while playing "trash games". He is one of Japan's top fighting game players, belonging to a professional gaming team under the name "Kei."

In Shangri-La Frontier, he plays a "pretty girl" character, even though Kei himself is a man. His meeting with Sunraku led him to become addicted to low-quality "trash" games. He excels in PVP and is the only professional player Sunraku consistently plays with.
Appearance
In real life, Kei has blonde hair and wears a dark and light blue jacket with an orange t-shirt underneath, ill-fitting pants, and muddy shoes. In Shangri-La Frontier, his avatar has blonde hair and wears a red and light beige outfit, metal gauntlets, bandaged socks, beige boots, and no underwear. In United Rounds, he wears standard armor. In both the game and reality, he maintains an androgynous vibe.
Personality
Kei Uomi is generally a friendly guy. However, as Oicazzo, he acts in a much more fiery and bold manner, giving off the impression of a tomboyish girl.

Close friend and rival of Rakuro Hizutome (Sunraku).
Abilities
With his Monk (Spirit Fist User) job, Oicazzo can use specific Monk abilities along with numerous buffs and skills, though he cannot equip standard weapons or heavy gear. He possesses high HP and vitality, operating like a light fighter—a build designed to absorb and deflect significant damage.
His sub-job is Archaeologist, an explorer who uses a whip (and some magic) to uncover ancient knowledge—the vestiges left by the Gods themselves. Additionally, his "rodeo" skills (ranked 3rd in the country's "Cavalry Crisis" game) helped him stay mounted on the Kirin when it was summoned by Wethermon.
Spirit Fist Buff Skills (from weakest to strongest):
- Spirit Fist: Red: A buff that increases strength and vitality. It appears as red flaming energy surrounding the user's fists.
- Spirit Fist: Black: Envelops the user's fists in black flames, temporarily increasing damage. These flames deal more damage than the Red version, especially during critical hit windows.
- Spirit Fist Combo: Crimson Cannon: By combining Red and Black flames, he creates a crimson flame around his fists. This skill deals significantly more damage than Spirit Fist: Black.
- Spirit Fist: Dark Strike: A tricolor blend of Red, Blue, and Yellow that merges into a sphere of dark energy. This buff is even more powerful than Crimson Cannon but consumes a massive portion of stamina, requiring careful usage.
Counter Skills
- Repelling Counter: Strikes an attacking enemy, as the name suggests, to repel the attack and prevent damage to the player.
Buff Skills
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: The body emits a red flaming glow. An enhancement skill that adds extra melee damage to ultra-short-range attacks.
Attack Skills
- Crushing Uppercut: Delivers a powerful uppercut. When reinforced by Spirit Fist: Red, it can deliver a one-hit KO to enemies not strong enough to withstand the impact.
- Puppet Whip: Serpent: Summons a dark grey rope whip, making it move like a snake.
- Double Impact: Strikes the enemy using the left hand to trace a cross-shaped seal on the target, then the right hand to deliver a fatal direct blow on the mark. Deals massive damage, especially when combined with previous buffs.
- Human Pile Driver: Lunges to deliver a powerful punch to the target, acting like a ram to pierce defenses. When a strong buff is applied, this attack can even penetrate Kirin's armor.
Equipment
As a bare-fisted fighter, most of his equipment consists of light armor sets. The main "weapon" for Spirit Fist users usually covers the hands. So far, the only other weapons Oikatzo uses in combat are whips.
