Catarina Devon, known as "The Crescent Moon Hunter", is a legendary pirate from South Blue. Once a Level 6 inmate at Impel Down facing a life sentence, she was liberated by Marshall D. Teach to join his cause.
Today, she serves as the Commander of the Sixth Ship of the Blackbeard Pirates.

Appearance
Devon is a tall woman with a pale complexion and a very long, pointed nose. She wears her dark hair in two pigtails tied with yellow bands and is frequently seen wearing bold red lipstick. Originally seen in her striped prison uniform, she later adopts a more flamboyant pirate attire featuring purples and mauves, along with a necklace of blue pearls.
Personality
Devon is notorious for her vanity and extreme sadism. She hunts down women she considers beautiful, decapitating them to add their heads to her macabre collection. She possesses a sarcastic wit and a deep hatred for anyone who rivals her in looks, even expressing a desire to take the head of Boa Hancock as a trophy.

Like many One Piece characters, Catarina Devon has a signature laugh: "Murunffuffu".
Abilities and Skills
As the most dangerous female pirate of her era, Devon’s power is immense. Her imprisonment in Level 6 of Impel Down and her survival in Blackbeard's "battle royale" recruitment prove her lethal combat prowess. She also possesses surhuman endurance, having withstood a direct shockwave from Sengoku's Buddha form at Marineford.
Mythical Zoan: Inu Inu no Mi, Model Kyubi
Catarina Devon wields the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Kyubi no Kitsune. This Mythical Zoan allows her to transform into a legendary nine-tailed fox. Beyond physical enhancement, it grants her the ability to shapeshift into other people with perfect accuracy, a power she used to deceive Gecko Moria by mimicking Absalom.

After being erased from history due to her heinous crimes, Devon was recruited by Marshall D. Teach during his raid on Impel Down. She participated in the death of Whitebeard and later the Payback War, helping Blackbeard secure his position as one of the Four Emperors. More recently, during the Egghead Arc, she managed to touch Saint Saturn, potentially gaining the ability to mimic the appearance of a member of the Gorosei.
