Avalo Pizarro, known as "The Corrupt King", is one of the world's most dangerous criminals. Originally a life-sentenced prisoner of Impel Down's Level 6, his crimes were so horrific that the World Government attempted to erase his existence from history. He was liberated by Marshall D. Teach and now serves as a key member of the Blackbeard Pirates.
He is currently one of the "Ten Titanic Captains," commanding the crew's Fourth Fleet.

Appearance
Unlike most of his fellow escapees, Pizarro does not wear the standard prison uniform. Instead, he sports a massive white and brown fur coat. He possesses cat-like features, including slanted eyes and a turquoise mane of hair. He also has white horns attached to his head by black metallic plates and a long, drooping moustache. After the timeskip, he is seen wearing a hat that resembles a crown, nodding to his former status as a king.

Pizarro is almost always seen smiling, even during the heat of battle. He has a unique verbal tic, ending many of his sentences with "Nya" (the Japanese equivalent of a cat's "meow"). He is notably ambitious; he once boldly—though jokingly—asked Blackbeard if he could take over as the leader of the crew.
Abilities and Power
As a survivor of the Level 6 Battle Royale, Pizarro is undeniably one of the strongest criminals in the world. He possesses surhuman durability, remaining unfazed after taking a direct shockwave from Sengoku's Buddha form. He is confident in his power, often appearing relaxed and eating even when dangerous rivals like Gecko Moria appear on his island.
Devil Fruit: Shima Shima no Mi
Pizarro consumed the Shima Shima no Mi (Island-Island Fruit), a Paramecia-type fruit that allows him to assimilate his consciousness with an entire island. This gives him total control over the environment, allowing him to perceive everything happening on the island and manipulate its structures as if they were his own body.

Avalo Pizarro was once the ruler of a kingdom in the North Blue. However, his tyrannical and corrupt rule led to his own people overthrowing him. After his arrest by the World Government, he was condemned to Level 6 of Impel Down. Following the timeskip, he was instrumental in helping Blackbeard conquer Whitebeard's former territories, and he now resides on Hachinosu (Fullalead Island), where he uses his Devil Fruit powers to act as the island's ultimate guardian.
