⛩ Furious after encountering a young demon slayer, Muzan Kibutsuji orders his two assassins to bring him the head of the hunter with hanafuda earrings. Susamaru and Yahaba both loyally agree to do so for their master and begin to hunt the said demon slayer.

Meanwhile, Yushiro takes Tanjiro and his sister to Tamayo's house, which has been concealed by her headband technique. Inside, they discuss Nezuko's condition and agree to become allies to defeat Muzan and find a way to heal the demons.

Tamayo specifically asks Tanjiro to collect the blood of demons closely tied to Muzan so that she can study it in hopes of developing a cure for Nezuko. Tanjiro agrees to let Tamayo also test his sister's blood, hoping that this cure can help all demons return to normal if they wish.

Yahaba uses his Blood Power to trace the steps of Tanjiro and Yushiro to Tamayo's house. He tells Susamaru to begin the assault even though the house is not well visible. Susamaru throws one of her temari balls through the talisman that conceals the house, revealing Tamayo's clinic. Tamayo and everyone inside are caught by surprise when the temari balls start ricocheting and tearing through the house.
