    After the ellipse, the HQ was moved to the New World, to the base of the G-1. Their flag is a blue seagull with "Navy" written underneath and blue in color. The Navy represents hope for the survival of the people of the world who are not pirates and who regularly face pirate attacks.

    The people see the Navy as being there to protect them from pirates with their large number of personnel and weapons. Indeed, cannons, sabers as well as bazookas, rifles, pistols and other less conventional weapons are available to the soldiers to fight effectively against pirates and crime.
