⛩ Nezuko Kamado is the deuteragonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and one of the two remaining members of the Kamado family. Nezuko was transformed into a demon at the start of the series by Muzan, but she turns out to be a special demon, in fact she doesn't seem to be obliged to obey Muzan and eat humans.

An important feature of Nezuko as a demon is the ability to constantly restore her powers, without having to eat humans which is the norm for most demons. Instead, she regains her strength through sleep, often spending a great deal of time in her box.

Like Tamayo, Nezuko is a special demon on whom Muzan has no effect, and who still holds many secrets for us.
