Feitan is the Ghost Brigade's interrogator, and is highly skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold, but is also shown to be very loyal to Kuroro and the Ghost Brigade as a whole. He seems to show his passion for stealing and insists that he is a thief, "We are thieves, so we steal, it's in our nature. Although not the most friendly, he seems to get along quite well with the other members of the brigade and interacts with them normally, except during some tense situations when he comes into conflict with some of them.
