⛩ Hitoshi Shinso is a former sophomore C (1-C) student of Yuei High School from the General Track who passed a test to get him into the Heroic Track. He now plans to become a Professional Hero.

Hitoshi always knew, because of the nature of his Alter, that people would see him as a ready-made super-villain. This has always made him feel inferior and he resents those who have Alters more suited for combat, as his is rejected by society.

Shinso's Alter allows him to control the people who respond to him verbally, so they are forced to obey his every command. However, his Alter only activates if he really wants to brainwash the person.

He has the same tapes as Eraserhead (Mr. Aizawa, the main teacher of the second A class) which are used to capture and a detachable mask which can change the sound of his vocal cords in order to better manipulate other people. He also has the same yuei sports uniform as his clothing.
