Power is the hominidemon-blood and a Devil Hunter of the Public Security; she is part of the Makima team, the 4th Anti-Demon Special Section of Tokyo.

Apparence
As a hominidemone
Power has the appearance of a young woman with strawberry blonde hair that reaches down to the middle of her back. She has pale red horns protruding from the top of her head and sports red eyes with yellow forming a cross pattern and sharp teeth with defined fangs.
Power usually wears the standard shirt, tie and pants required of Public Safety Devil Hunters. At one point, she wears prosthetics to increase the size of her chest. She almost always wears her jacket hanging halfway down her body, giving her a messy, half-dressed appearance.
During Power and Denji's "Arch Strategists" operation, the hominidemon wears a pair of glasses and her hair in a ponytail.
If Power accumulates too much blood, her horns become larger and more curved, and she can grow extra pairs of horns from her head.

Demonic
In her blood demon form, she appears as a large humanoid with four arms and a mostly white body. Its head is pointed with a dark color, sharp teeth and two circular eyes with cross-shaped pupils; it has long ears and long hair. Its chest has an open rib cage showing a cavity full of intestine-like guts up to its neck. Her arms have a dark coloration from hand to elbow. She has hands with only three fingers and long claws. Her legs have the same dark coloration from mid-thigh down, ending in heel-like feet.
Devil shape
In her Blood Devil form, she appears as a large humanoid with four arms and a body with mostly pale skin. Her head has a pointed appearance with a red color, sharp teeth and two circular eyes with cross-shaped pupils. She also has long horns, resembling the appearance of her demon form with too much blood, and longer hair in this form. Her chest has an open rib cage showing a chest cavity full of intestines up to the neck. Her arms have a red coloration from hand to elbow. She has four-fingered hands and large claws. Her legs have the same red coloration from the middle of the thigh, ending in heel-like feet and she has a cat-like tail.
Personality
Power is childlike, greedy and fully motivated. She only fights if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory. She is often rude, sloppy and feels that those around her should clean up after her. She admits that she rarely bathes or flushes and feels that humans are too sensitive to be so concerned about their hygiene. She also feels the need to reinforce her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters because of her hominidemon status. She has no loyalty to humanity, openly admitting that she will join the winning side.
Power is a compulsive habitual liar; after getting in trouble with Makima for killing a demon when she wasn't supposed to, Power immediately blamed Denji and claimed that he told her to kill it, and she blamed Denji for eating all the emergency food the team had collected even while she had crumbs on her face. When she was accused of abandoning a fight because she was afraid, Power falsely claimed that she ran away simply because she was hungry.
She has no problem gossiping and talking about her friends behind their backs; sharing the secret of Aki's shortened life span with Angel.
Power sees no difference between pork, beef and human meat; being willing to eat them all, even if the meat is disgusting zombie flesh. She hates vegetables, throwing them away when she finds them in her meal. Power is an insatiable glutton, eating all the stored food the team needed to survive the Eternal Devil's Trap and hoarding food for herself at the Division 4 party rookie reception.
When asked by Aki about the reward she might want from their mission, Power said she wanted to suck the blood of a human until they died. When promised Denji's blood, Power became ecstatic at the prospect
However, she cares deeply for her cat, Nyaako, and was willing to sacrifice Denji's life to save her pet.

Although she is extremely selfish, Power was able to feel compassion for her pet for the first time, after only caring about the smell and taste of blood and the feeling of death when she killed something. This compassion prompted her to act for the good of another being when her pet Meowy was kidnapped.Power also begins to care for a few close friends, such as Denji, as evidenced by giving him a birthday cake and then putting herself in direct danger in order to protect him. She also seems to care about Aki and is saddened and scared when he becomes the Gun Fiend. Contrary to her core values, Power developed such extreme loyalty to her friend Denji that she denied her impulse to sacrifice him to Makima in order to save herself, ultimately saving his life at the expense of her own and proving that she is capable of putting others before herself.
History
As Makima was telling Denji that she would put him with someone to patrol together and do small scale missions, Power showed up telling Denji to grovel and introduce himself. She asked him if he was her new partner, and as Denji wondered if a Devil could be a Devil Hunter, as soon as he noticed she was a woman, he was eager to work with her.
Skills
Blood Manipulation: As a former Blood Demon, Power can manipulate the blood in her body into weapons.
Blood Hammer: Power creates a huge hammer from her own blood that she uses to crush her opponents. She can also create smaller versions of handhelds.
Blood Spear: Power creates a spear from her own blood and stabs it at her target. By placing her blood in bottles and leaving them as traps, she can make spears suddenly appear to catch her opponent off guard.
Physical capabilities
- Enhanced Strength: The power is much stronger than that of the average human. She can wield a huge hammer made from her own blood, kill a bear with little effort, and crush the body of the sea cucumber devil with one swing.
- Improved Speed: Power is a fast fighter, able to attack Denji when she betrayed him while avoiding Denji's own swing. She was able to disappear from the Katana Man's sight as he slaughtered the devil hunters before landing an uppercut that he could not block.
- Blood Empowerment: As a demon, Power is able to restore his health by consuming blood. Also as a Blood Devil, his regeneration powers are at a higher level than other demons. When Power drinks too much blood or drinks blood from a stronger devil, her power increases dramatically. She has been shown to grow extra horns from her head after drinking too much blood. In this state, a single punch from Power has enough force to launch Denji to the ceiling. She can regenerate from small amounts of blood even after her death by consuming the blood of the strongest devil. After the Chainsaw Man was defeated at the hands of Makima, Pochita exploited this ability by letting her blood inside Denji's body be consumed. After drinking the chainsaw man's blood, Power was resurrected like a devil thanks to the small amount of blood Denji consumed. Her speed, strength, durability, and blood manipulation abilities have been greatly increased. After her transformation, she is also able to resist Makima's domination powers.

- Acting Skills: Power is an amateur actress, able to fake her death by lying on the floor in order to fool Quanxi.
Other skills
- Enhanced Smell: Power has a keen sense of smell, recognizing the smell of blood from a distance while Denji was unconscious, and following him in order to track down the sea cucumber devil. She can memorize and recognize specific scents, being able to detect Aki's presence from his smell alone, even though he is behind a door.
